Name, contact details, and information you choose to share through forms on this site — prayer requests, testimonies, visitor and membership forms, giving and Gift Aid declarations, and event RSVPs. For children under 18, we record parental consent where required before creating portal access.
Where you choose to share a prayer request, testimony, or feedback anonymously, that choice is enforced by the system itself — your identity is never shown, even to church administrators, and there is no override.
Gift Aid and financial records are kept for 7 years, in line with HMRC requirements. Other records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose you provided them for.
You can ask us to erase your record (we anonymise it rather than deleting history outright, so church records stay consistent) or to export a copy of your data. Get in touch using the details above.
You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time from your portal settings. Essential communications (such as safeguarding or account-security notices) will still be sent.
